About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Game Assistant app and gameassistant.co.uk. Game Assistant is made by Webly Studio LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the app or the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Information, not guarantees

Everything in Game Assistant is provided as-is, for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate, but game details change and some information may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always check important details, such as prices, editions and release dates, with the official source before relying on them.

When we label something “Confirmed by Rockstar”, it's based on an official announcement and we link to the source. “Not confirmed yet” means exactly that: Rockstar hasn't confirmed it, so treat it as unknown.

News summaries are written by us in our own words and link to the original story. Linked sites belong to their owners and we're not responsible for their content.

Fair use of Ask

Ask is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• scrape, copy or bulk-download answers, or use automated tools or scripts to send questions;
• try to overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service;
• use the app to break the law or to submit abusive content.

Fair-use limits apply to Ask, and we may restrict access for anyone who misuses the service.

Our content and trademarks

The app's design, text and the Game Assistant name and logo belong to Webly Studio LTD. You may share links to our content, but please don't republish it in bulk.

Game names, characters and other trademarks mentioned in the app belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the games we write about.

Apple's Standard EULA

If you download Game Assistant from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and isn't a party to these terms.

Our responsibility to you

The app is free, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information in the app, or for any indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and the latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
